Tucker Bush - W.A. Samphire is a native succulent also known as sea asparagus. It is an erect, robust shrub to 50cm spreading to 1m.
It is crunchy in texture and gives a salty fresh burst of flavour reminiscent of asparagus.
Can be grown in pots.
